Our Story

Our mission has always been clear: protect lives by stopping Legionella before it starts.

In 2002, we launched AquaLyse®, the first copper–silver ionization (CSI) system powered by industrial PLC automation.
By 2014, CSIDefender® set a new standard for hospital water safety with industrial-grade chamber cells and a 10-year limited warranty.
Today, CSIPhoenix® delivers the next generation of Legionella prevention — combining advanced machine learning with industrial automation to work in all water conditions, from very low to extremely high TDS.

On average, Ontario reported 354 cases of Legionnaires’ disease annually between 2019 and 2023 with 363 cases in 2024, showing a troubling rise in numbers (Ontario Health). In the USA, from 2023 to October 2024, 13,087 cases were reported. In Europe, the 2024 data indicates a concerning rise in Legionnaires’ disease, with localized outbreaks and a general increase in incidence. Public health agencies are actively investigating these outbreaks and implementing measures to prevent further transmission.
